"Liter" is official forwarding company in Latvia (Certificate No.0115 issued by Certification Committee of cargo forwarders of LR), member of "International Electronic Railroad Documentation Exchange Association". LITER has been involved in cargo forwarding since 1992.
"Liter" has direct contracts with railroad companies of Russia, Belarus, CIS and Baltic states, which enables it to forward imported, exported and transit cargoes through these countries (paying transportation tariffs and cargo declaration).
"Liter" provides cargo loading and unloading at the station Riga Precu of Latvian Railroad through its subsidiary "Kraušanas Serviss"
